The project concerns the analysis of psychological and food questionnaires proposed during the University of Meditation & Nutrition project and some biological parameters. The purpose of this project is to evaluate the beneficial effects of a meditation intervention on adherence to the nutritional plan in a group of subjects recruited on a voluntary basis. To evaluate these effects, a series of standardized questionnaires were administered and bio-impedentiometric measurements and MOC-DEXA were carried out.
The project involves the use of statistical software R. The candidate must have a good knowledge of statistics and English (written) and a preliminary knowledge (also at a basic level) of the software R.
